We are providing solutions for emission control, in line with the recommendations of NGT and State Pollution Control Boards. We are providing retrofits for Diesel Generators as per the notification of the CPCB and respective pollution control boards, which are tested with ARAI, Pune.

The OEM of the product is the inventor of "Filterless Technology’, a revolutionary innovation which is rated as one of the best technologies globally to reduce air pollution, at Smogathon 2018 Poland. Patents have been granted for this technology in the USA, EU and 16 other countries.

In India, we work with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) as their technology partners in combating air pollution challenges and have also been awarded the Climate Solver award by the World Wildlife Federation (WWF).

  1. No Manual Intervention – Automatic start-up with DG set.
  2. No significant backpressure - Suitable for a prolonged low load operation, unlike the DPF.

  5. No additional fuel is required for thermal management or for working against high engine backpressure.
  6. No Additional installations - all controls and diagnostics included in retrofitment package.
  7. Robust to exhaust oil traces, particularly an issue with older and highly run engines - No fear of face plugging as in case of flow-through catalysts (such as DOC) or DPFs.
  8. No periodic ash cleaning is required such as in the DPF or Partial Flow Filters.

  11. NO AFFECT ON DG WARRANTY: Due to the unique nature of our product, we need not tamper with the DG set. Unlike a few other solutions in the market, we can safely say that ours is a pure retrofit solution which doesnt not make any amends to your existing DG set.
  12. Unlike other technologies in the market, we DO NOT USE any ceramic substrate which is primarily sourced from China, which might cause delayed shipments and thereby the installation schedules. Also the ceramic substrates are prone to crack and once cracked, they need to be replaced (they cannot be repaired) and the cost of replacement is approximately 40% of the cost of the retrofit. The threat of choking and back pressure is inherent with Ceramic substrates.

Our DG Retrofits are also being supplied to multiple hotels, industries, factories, malls across India.

We also provide solutions for treating particulate matter, smog, toxic air flowing out of crematoriums, sugar mills, jaggery units, smoking rooms etc. We also have ambient air purifier units which are ideal for semi closed or open public places, halls, auditoriums, hospitals etc.
